- Description: Kyndryl offers managed services, primarily in the computing infrastructure and networking domains to large businesses, which benefit monetarily from the data powered insights provided by these services.

My learnings and contribution
- In this role, I was able to increase my client interaction and be involved with them from requirement collection to hand over & explainability of AI services.
- As I slowly expanded to more clients and more product feature requests, I was able to plan reuse and organization of team efforts.
- This role helped me develop business sense that helps convert ML POCs to business utilities providing cost savings, business intelligence and planning foresight to these businesses.
- I was also involved in a good amount of stakeholder management and cross-team synergy to ship these products regularly.
- I was also formally in a mentor and tech lead role, that helped develop my coaching and leadership skills.
- Being in the middle of a spin-off, we had to re-invent and mature our processes to provide uninterruped service and uncompromised quality to our customers.
- I was also and IDT (Invention Development Team) member and contributed to the overall IP generation process of the department.
- The major product line I contributed to was Multi Cloud Management Platform and along with it, several operational management analytics.
